Thank you so much for making Teacher Appreciation week so special for me. I love all of the flowers, cards, chocolates, and gift cards. And, I love my teacher appreciation door. So creative and thoughtful.
I hope all of you moms, dad, grandmas, nanas, and special guests felt special today. We loved having you in our classroom and my students loved sharing our classroom with you. Moms, I hope you enjoy all the cards, portrait and gift that your kiddos worked hard on. I love how everything turned out.
This week we started our Spring Informational unit in writing. In this unit, students will:
In reading, students are working on identifying the problem and solution in the story, retelling the important parts of the story and identifying fiction and non fiction.
In math, students are working on money to 30 cents, counting on, fact fluency, estimating, addition and subtraction.
